close to home: court case on the environmental effects of fracking
LA Times reporting on recent court case in Dallas in which the jury awarded the family close to $3 million in damages from the air and water contamination caused by fracking. The family lives in Decatur, 30 miles from Denton. http://touch.latimes.com/#section/-1/article/p2p-79999980/
